1. Fees are normally paid termly or monthly, in advance and cannot be refunded except where Harrogate Tutorial College, through their own act or omission, is unable to provide tuition to an enrolled student. Students leaving before the end of the course must give one term's notice. Fees cannot be refunded in this case.

2. Fees must be paid promptly, otherwise the student will be obliged to discontinue his or her course and the relevant authorities will be informed. Interest will be charged on overdue fees.

3. At least twenty-four hours notice must be given for the cancellation of any private lesson.

4. The college retains the right to withold the examination results should any monies be outstanding.

5. Overseas students who require a Visa must pay at least one term's fees in advance for the period of the Visa.

6. Registration fees are non-refundable

7. Students are required to obtain their own paper, notebooks and writing and drawing material. Science students are expected to have lab coats.

8. The Principal reserves the right to terminate the attendance of any student whose work or behaviour is unsatisfactory. In any case, the student and/or his parents or guardians will be fully informed of the reasons and no fees will be refunded.

9. The college accepts no liability for personal injury, or loss or damage to students' property, however caused.

10. Students must notify the college immediately of any change of address, telephone number, or further material change of circumstances.
